7. Feel good about yourself. (to all negative thoughts, FCK OFF)
8. Dont use bad behavior to get attention. (dont be what people want you to be, UR LYFE, UR CHOICE)
9. Use humor. (i like what they say bout this fact. 'Cool people always use humor and ease in any situation. They don`t get annoyed and angry, and no matter how many bad things happen to them they don't take it too harshly; they make jokes about it.
